Mr Francisco Siles
maintenance Councilman Hon. Ayuntamiento de Alcorcón
Alcorcón, October 28, 2009
Dear Friend:
We sent you this letter to denounce a situation that we believe requires urgent action. These are the fences that protect the sidewalk under the railroad underpass on Athens Street. The fences, "Móstoles side" of the sidewalk have several breaks result of the impact of several vehicles against them. As a result of these impacts, protective fences have been severely deformed, so that some of the metal have been disjointed segments of the overall structure. It follows that the fence now have a number of sharp edges, sharp and rusty, in an area of \u200b\u200bheavy pedestrian traffic, especially child. Accidental impact against any of these irons could cause serious injuries variable.
therefore urge you to give the necessary orders for maintenance to replenish the damaged sections with the utmost urgency. We know that the city is aware of the status of this happened because after the accident made some remediation work in the area, but has continued to the next and necessary step is the replacement of this element of security to be original.
On the other hand, we also want to inform you that at our last Assembly of members, we were asked the applicant: City Council to prune the branches of trees of all C / Copenhagen, especially those who are close to streetlights because its foliage does not let the light of the same, showing that street looking a little murky and uncertain.
Trusting your quick response to this urgent problem, take this opportunity to transmit you a cordial greeting and be at your disposal for any theme related to our neighborhood.
Regards,
The Board
C / c. D. Manuel Lumbreras. Chairman of the Board of District No. 3
