White Aerosol Foundation

At the last meeting with the council of safety of our people and their technical council, among other topics discussed the complex issue of the repeated invasion of pedestrian crossings and access to garages for cars and the double continuous line. For issues of invasion of pedestrian spaces from the Association has long been demanding to be installed bollards to protect sidewalks. We have always found by municipal, and still find, as opposed to the installation of these items at a time, in our view, exaggerated defense of barrier-free pedestrian areas, especially those like "bollard." Although we might find a compromise with the installation of other furniture items, so if we decided, as it has committed, is to make local police more effective prior citizen complaints. Therefore we ask you for any complaint in this regard llaméis the local police, the number 91 495 93 00, and comuniquéis us via the web (board of the association) or via email, the effectiveness of your call, came or not, time response, conflict resolution or not ... with accurate date and time of occurrence. With this data from you we will have more arguments to report possible negligence, if any, by local police.

Thank you for your cooperation. Together we will get a better neighborhood.

SECURITY COUNCIL MEMBER MEETING

Returning to the issues of concern in our neighborhood, Neighborhood Association held a meeting last Thursday, 21 with Councilman Security, Solomon Matthias. Here we propose the following:

Car Driving Traffic: the matter now stands by the municipality. At times, the late Director General of Traffic, Gines Melendez, drew an ordinance that took even the Local Government Board, but the City Council Legal Services stopped for fear of facing a lawsuit as in Móstoles. The truth is that we detected a disregard by the council about this because I did not seem to know how the case evolved Móstoles, town that was taken stop reference for any initiative in this regard.

be appealed to an EU directive on freedom of movement that prevents such restrictions. The truth is that the center is restricted Alcorcón years ago over a driving school, but they cling to is historic and therefore can be restricted. We refer to driving school regulation prevents any maneuvers outside the areas allocated to each, but we corrected that, saying no specific areas of operations, but we believe, evidence of driving instructors, that this point is obsolete because it corresponded to the time which included a specific test. Insist they are concerned to see how the situation has been resolved in Móstoles or not to abandon the issue and pledged to do so.

Streets coexistence Issue: Although that was presented to the City Register, dated December 22, 2008 (request was also District Board) a petition to regulate parking and only one way to stop the flow of the streets of coexistence, we were surprised that the City Council have nothing to say on this issue. The meeting got a commitment to stay with us in the neighborhood how local traffic police, and study the correct solution. This same visit would be better to review the possible subject of bollards and street furniture fords deterrent to parking and pedestrian crossings. The council told us that we encourage residents to call to complain when there are vehicles parked on sidewalks, in steps of carriages or pedestrians ...

Botellón: We note that our neighborhood is included in a second phase of a plan against the jar that begins with the area now School of Music. His plan would work in code and begin preventive in these winter months when few people practicing bottle. These campaigns require large numbers of agents and need the help of Police.

Borough Police Presence : We now suggest that, for the first time, there will be police in the village district. Couples will walk in the historic (beginning La Hispanidad, San Pedro and The Forge) to go slowly with the rest of the people. In our neighborhood, however they will be partners on a motorcycle because the size of the area does not allow the walk to be effective. We called on to monitor the playground area and they were waiting for a couple that gets into the portals of the developments to sleep.

Marking of pedestrian crossings in the commercial area of \u200b\u200bWest Park : the lack of paint some crosswalks can cause a crash when least expected. There is an agreement by which they are merchants who carry the maintenance of the area, both gardens, such as cleaning and signage, but we see that it is the City Council should urgently urge to repaint these steps for a security problem. Please note that this request has already been done in two safety tips and on record, pointing out that the City would be responsible if something happen. Noted.

Graffiti : At the last Local Government has approved a cleanup plan and has hired a company to do it. We're going to get in touch with the City Council area that our neighborhood be included in this plan. On the subject police Councilman told us that the problem is caught in "flagrante, but has already caught a few and been fined, and that seems to be effective because it spreads among the kids, most minor.

On the other hand, thanked Councilman Matthew Solomon collaboration to give police and health coverage to the Cycle Tour, which this year has had more than 550 entries.

also say that the tone of the meeting was friendly and open to collaboration.

Greetings
